Audio Systems: Error Code on Monsoon, pontiac g6, thanks art

Question
I had some work done on my Pontiac G6 and when I got the car back, I noticed that the clock was back to 12:00 which I assuming that they disconnected the battery while working on the car.

As soon as I turned on my Monsoon premium 6 CD changer system, I got "CD CHANGER ERROR" displayed. Since I have not been able to eject, load or play CDs and get the same error if I try. I can also hear the changer moving after shutting of the car as well.  Is there a way I can take care of this without having to take the car back to the dealer?

They told me that they would have to remove the systems and send it off to be fixed and it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get back.  I comute 2 hours to and 2 hours from work each day and I can't be without a system that long...Please help!

Thanks,
Art

Answer
they remmove the power from the radio when it was playing a cd
and when they power on the car again they did it for a few seconds and it was not enought time to start the radio the radio takes about 20 seconds they put power a secont time to the car that is when the radio got stock
they have to give you a new radio not a repair unit this car is under warranty
