Audio Systems: Aftermarket stereo and wiring, wire colors, rerun

Question
My aftermarket cd player is a pioneer.  I need a wiring schematic to rerun the wires and also My subs seem to be making a weird humming noise which jus started a week ago.  any answer as to why this may be?  I checked the wires and found that none of them are touching so Im not sure what it could be?

Usually humming can be from a bad ground or a bad set of RCA wires.  as for the schematic, you need the wires for your stereo not your vehicle right?
