Audio Systems: infinty help, stock radio, sebring

i have a 1997 sebring and it has the infinty system in it and ive been to diffrent websites and i cant get the speakers to work i got a new kenwood deck but imy stereo has a loop for the ground and there is no place for a male end mine had a loop for thew ground ive been to this web site and tryed diffrent things http://www.installdr.com/InstallDocs/DCP/PDF/327101.PDF

it seems like alot of those infinty systems were triggered by simply taking the wire that use to "clip" onto the back of the stock radio, cutting that clip off and connecting it to the ground wire of the cd player.  so those 2 wires are connected to eachother only.  I guess the inifinity amp can "sense" when power is being drawn on that ground and turns itself on accordingly.
