Audio Systems: My engine noise is coming through my speakers, isuzu rodeo, rca cable

I have a 1991 Isuzu rodeo and this ploblem just started today. my speakers and subs are making a wine and popping noise that goes along with my engine. I have looked through all of the wiring and it is o.k. What is the problem?

there's probably a speaker wire that is rubbing/touching the metal of the car somewhere.  if you have aftermarket amplifiers there might be a ground wire that's loose somewhere or an RCA cable rubbing through to the frame.  
do you have an aftermarket cd player or is it the factory cd player and you've just added the amp and subs on to it?
