Questionhello i am looking to buy a pair of 1000 watt subs that is 1000 watts each i was wondering if you knew of anything in a fair price range of between 100-300 bux with good sq and if you can could you explain how to wire dual voice coil subs cuz the 2 terminals kinda confused me thanx for the help i appreciate it
Answerhaving a goal of "I want them to be 1000 watts" is like setting out to buy a new car and your only requirement is that it's red. there are alot more things to consider to really get what you want. I'd be happy to help with this if you really want my help.
If you dont mind me asking (you are here to get some advice after all right?) Here's a few questions that may seem anoying that I'm asking but will actually answer the question of "what product is right for my needs"
1. why is it you think you want 2 subs with 1000 each?
2. what type of music do you listen to?
3. what type of vehicle is it going in?
4. what kind of speakers will be in the rest of the car (factory, replacment, etc that will compete with these subs?)
5. do you have a box type prefrence?
6. will you be building the box yourself?
7. If so or not how much do you plan on spending on the box?
8. do you already have an amp for them and if so what's the make and model?
9. If not how much do you plan on spending on the amp?
again I hate to be a jerk and not answer your question but to be honest I could answer your question and recoment a 1000 watt speaker in that price range. in fact you could google it yourself, anyone could, you dont need me for that. but if you really want the best product for you and not waste money and effort and cause yourself alot of frustration then lets take the time to get it right the first time.
