Audio Systems: 2006 Ford Explorer Audiophile Radio/CD, 2006 ford explorer, load error

Question
Hi.  I recently had Parking Pilot, Remote Start, and
Mobile Ease (Bluetooth car kit) installed.  Before I brought it in, the CD player was working fine.  I have all slots loaded.  During installation the installer had to remove one CD and put in his program CD to do his work.  He told me he had problems putting back in my CD with "load error" message.  Now I can't eject, load, or play any CDs.
What is wrong and how can I solve this problem?  Thank you.  Donna

Answer
You are going to have to do a hard reset.  To do this you must first make sure you have the anti-theft code so that you can reenter it when power is restarted.  Without it you will not be able to restart the system.

ONE:  After making sure you have the codes for restart, turn off everything in the car and pull the key out of the ignition.

TWO:  Lift the hood and with a wrench undo the cable to the plus terminal of the battery.  Lift the cable off such that everything in the car is without power.  Leave it off/disconnected for a full 30 minutes before hooking back up agin.

THREE:  Then repower the system.  It should now be clear.

IF NOT: There are problems inside that may have been caused by the installation of blue-tooth, but it may have also been entirely coincedental.

Let me know if you need more help.
