I'm not sure why you need to look for the fuse, but I would first check the car electrical system fuses - those you should find through the car manual.  If you're worried about your stereo fuse you should be worried about the dash fuses too.

Next, pop out the receiver.  Usually manufacturers put the fuse in-line with the main-bus power.  Look for the power cables (usually red and yellow, sometimes one is black).  Follow the "+12V battery permanent power" cable (usually yellow) until you find a big plastic cocoon looking thing.  If you pop it open you should see a glass-tube fuse.
