Audio Systems: 03 chevy hd2500 factory bose w/no sound, driver speaker, ok check

Hi Ernesto,
I have a 03 chevy HD2500 w/the factory bose system. The Head unit responds to all commands (steering wheel and head unit), the commands are visible on the head unit display. The problem is their is no sound from the speakers. I beleive the factory amp is under the console, have you heard of this kind of behavior when the amplifier goes bad? Does heat play a factor in this situation? Do you know of any simple test I can check to see if the amp is in working order?

hi:
the amplifiers are separate  left and right and  sometimes inside the door or under the seat
chere is a fuse for the amplifiers check that if ok check the radio there is a remove out 12 volts from the radio to the amplifier   
if the radio is on onstar mode sometimes only the driver speaker play
