Audio Systems: car stereo making scratching noise on radio only, triumph gt6, redone

Question
Just had my 1969 triumph gt6+  redone  ,shaved doors and new front lighting...before this my stereo was working fine ,,,no distortion,,,,now cant play the radio due to the distortion scrathing,,,I purchaced a filter for the antena ,no help,,,only when the car is running i have this problem .
What can I do to correct this  ?

Is the distortion like fuzzy radio stations like when they cant tune in? or is it a whining engine sound that revs with the engine?
Is it only in the radio or in the cd too? and you say the problem is not there when the car is not running?  So it sounds fine when its not running but as soon as you start the car the noise starts?
