And could u send me some instructions of how to set the thing up i have, and idea of how to set it up. He also has the wiring to set it up. He just needs someone to do it. If yo could give me intructions to do so or tell me how it would be helpful.

Answer
Travis,

I am afraid I can't comment on those products, I just am not familiar enough with them.

I will say that I am very skeptical you will actually get 1200 Watts out of that amplifier.  Unless your friend is installing his stereo into a deisel tractor trailer, you are going to need to do some serious modifications to the electrical system to generate that kind of current (and even then, manufacturers bend the truth or outright lie to get those numbers).
The good news is you probably won't ever notice.  Even if that 1200 Watts is x4, that's 300 watts into each speaker. By my calculations that would result in 116dB minimum, which WILL  result in permanent hearing loss.  600 Watts into each of those subs and you're approaching the threshold of physical pain.   Some studies suggest that a 20-Hz tone at 113dB is enough to blur vision and impair judgement.  Depending on where you live you may also get popped by the cops for a noise violation.
Just be careful, that's all I ask.

As for the rest of your message, I  don't have enough information from you to help, and it sounds like you need answers now.

Here's my suggestion:

There are TONS of helpful sites out there to get you started quickly, such as:
