Audio Systems: Power Supply for Compact Disc Changer, ford taurus, power wires

Question
We were given a Sony Compact Disc Changer System and want to hook it up to a 2002 Ford Taurus. We found the connections to the stereo in the trunk, but dont know where to hook up the yellow and red power wires. Any ideas where to find a spot to plug it in?

this is what i rememnber  there is one black plug with 14 pins
this plug facing the amplifier with the litle tab clip facing up top cable to the right side is 12 volts ( + )constant this is the first cable on the right side of the plug, to the left of that cable is the 12 volts ( - ) i can not give you a color because they change every year and there was many colors but the amplifier rcu tunner in the trunk was always the same so the power is in the same position
