Audio Systems: MY AMP N BOX, rms power, adequate power

Hey Mark, i need some help hooking up my amp to my car stereo and battery. The box is hooked up to the amp, but after that i have no clue what to do.

if you are starting out you should just get a wiring kit instead of trying to piece it together.  you only have 1 amp?  is there built in fuses on it or is there a fuse rating in the manual for the amp? if not what is the RMS power of the amp, that will help tell us what type of wiring you need.  The power wire needs to be pretty thick to provide adequate power for the amp but you dont need to go too crazy or you're just wasting money.  Let me know the answer to the questions there and I'll help you pick out a kit.
