Audio Systems: 6x9s How ?, factory speakers, spring releases

I own a 2000 Chrysler 300m.  I just bought some aftermarket 6x9's for it, and can't find out how to get the old ones out.  There in the rear deck covered in carpet.  I've tried alot of things and still have'nt even seen my factory speakers yet.  Please help !

You will have to remove the rear seat first. Usually the retainers for the deck covering are under the rear seat back. To remove the rear seat back , you have to remove the rear seat cushion. Look for spring releases under the bottom seat cushion, or 10mm bolts.
