Answer
I like www.crutchfield.com for these kinds of questions.  You don't have to purchase from them, but their web allows you to enter you vehicle and it comes of with a list of equipment that is compatible. It gives wiring harness, connectors and accessories as well as headends and speakers.

In your case, if you are going to customize it you may be mounting your speakers in other than the factory holes.

For big bass you will need a subwoofer; there are many, many choices, all depending on your budget, how you are going to install them and so on.  I like the tube style kickers for medium priced subs. IF you buy the raw drivers you must build a cabinet for them and make sure they are properly acoustically loaded and so on.

You will find that you can spend hundreds or thousands on the system you describe and since you are a teenager I presume you are budget limited.  Therefore, I would do some checking of the reviews on each product you select and make sure it is going to do the job for you.

One last comment; if you are going to install it by yourself you need to know quite alot about electronics. It may be wise for you to go to one of the on-line tutorial courses for installation.  Check www.installdr.com and you will find lots of good information to plow around in.
