Audio Systems: 1999 4Runner Dual players?, toyota 4 runner, factory cd

Question
I own a 1999 Toyota 4-Runner with a non-factory CD player. I own an iPod and would like to be able to play it on my stereo using the tape cassette adapter I already have for the iPod.

I think I still have the factory tape deck for the 4runner, and would like to know if it's possible for me to install the tape deck in the slot underneath the CD player (there's an space beneath the player occupied by a plastic cubby-hole). How would I go about installing a tape deck so I can play my iPod on that, and still be able to use my CD player?

Answer
i am sorry but that is a very bad idea the sound will be bad the casette deck will go bad after a couple weeks and many other problems
what brand stereo you have you mention that is not a factory one
if you have a 99 factory toyota radio there is a plug in the back for and aditional audio source cd changer, auxiliary input
or to control the ipod from your radio
good luck
