Audio Systems: rca outputs on aftermarket car stereo, rca outputs, repair ticket

Question
I blew the rca outputs on my pioneer h/u.I had it repaired, installed, but i think i've blown them again. It's making the same loud popping noise as b-4.Am i grounding the system out somewhere? All visible fuses r fine.Need help baad!Thanx in advance brother!

Answer
you blew the RCA outputs?  How is that even possible? there is practially Zero load on them no matter how many amps you hook up.  the input on an amp is like 10,000 Ohms.
If the shield (ring) were to get grounded against the body it may make a hum but shouldnt damage it at all.  even if the tip got against the frame the manufac. usually has a 10 ohm resitor in series with the output so it still wouldnt get damaged.
What exactly happened last time and what did the repair ticket say when it came back and what exactly is it doing now?
What's the model of H/U
Thanks!
