Audio Systems: Sony CDX-GT200 cant control the power antennas, sony cdx gt200, honda civic 1994

Question
I tried to replace the old audio unit with the sony CDX-GT200 into my Honda Civic (1994).  Everything is alright except the power antennas.  The power antennas is a new one.  I have tested it already.  The problem is that I can't control the antennas through the car audio.  When I turn on the radio, it should rise up.  When I turn it off, it should return to its original position.  However, it shows no response at all after I hvae tried long hours to fix the problem.  Please help.......!

Answer
The power antenna should require 3 connections.  ground to the vehicle, positive 12 volts continuous (providing 12 volts all the time) and positive 12 volts to actuate (triggered by the stereo.
The cd player should have a "P Ant" wire that should provide 12 volts when switched to radio.  simply connect these. You may need to run separate wires if the vehicle wiring isn't working properly.
You can use a meter to test weather these are working.
Is the antenna specifically made for this year make and model with a connector that matches the vehicles.  or is it a one size fits all for Honda antenna and you had to wire it yourself?
