Audio Systems: cd changer isntallation, installing a cd changer, pioneer cdx

the wire with fuse goes to the fuse box, where do you tap into the wire that leads to the ignition. I am installing a cd changer and i lost the directions its  a pioneer cdx fm63

what "wire with fuse" are we talking about?  You must be more specific than this.

As for tapping the ignition wire  I believe you are asking for the wire that would trigger the unit to turn on with the key.  this can usually be spiced from the cigarette lighter.  check and see if your lighter works when they key is out.  if it only works when the key is turned to the on position then you have a winner.  If it works all the time you will have to look elsewhere.
