Audio Systems: Subwoofers, aw1208t, inch subwoofers

Hi,
I plan on purchasing two 12 inch subwoofers for my car.  This is the one that I want http://www.cardomain.com/item/ABNAW1208T  It costs $399.95 at this website.  I also found it at this website http://cardiscountstereos.com/catalog%20page.asp?Product+%23=AW1208T for a much cheaper price.  My problem is that the two of them look different in the pictures.  I also looked at other pictures of this subwoofer,and they are all diferent from the one on the cheaper website.  Do you think that this could be fake?  I wouldn't want to pay for it and when it gets to my house I find out that its fake.  Please tell me what you think, and which one you would get.

P.S.  The main differences are that one is shinier than the other, the backs of the speakers are different, in the middle of the speaker the name AudioBahn is a different color, and also on the outside rim of the speaker the name AudioBahn is a different color.

wow this is strange. What I find even weirder is that the cheap company even shows the list price much lower.  any company wanting to show how deep their discounts are would want to show the list of $450 but the sell for $129 but this place shows the list as $289 and sells for $129.
To me the pictures don’t really look that different.  The cheap site's picture is defiantly darker.  The fact that the logo appears to be darker may just have been "photoshop'd" to make it more visible.  I tried to find reviews of cardiscountstereos.com or some inclination that people thought they were ripped of or received fakes or even had problems with the site and didn’t turn up much of anything.  I even tried researching if autobahn subs were known of having been cloned or anything.  No luck!  I would call them and verify that it's listed properly.  Judging by the fact that the list price is wrong they may have just typo’s it.
Very strange.  Hope this helps a little.
