Audio Systems: 1995 Sebring, infinity speakers, ok sound

Hi Kelly.  I tried to replace the factory installed Infinity stereo on my 1995 Sebring.  I bought an Alpine with cd player and also bought the wire harness for Sebring.  Alpine powers on, cd plays, but no sound on the speakers.  When the Alpine is connected directly to a speaker, it's working fine.  But no sound when connected using the wire harness.  I also installed back the original stereo and it's ok, sound is coming out of the speakers.

Please help.

This is super common, you only need to hook up one more wire.
You probably have infinity speakers, and they have an OEM amp.  The blue wire coming out of the stereo harness needs to be hooked to the blue harness wire to turn on the OEM amp(s). If for some reason, this output is not working, you can just connect the blue harness wire to the red accessory wire. It's not the preferred way, but will do in a pinch.
