Hey there, ive had this head unit for over a year now and suddenly my head unit starts up with a msg saying "ATT-ON" now i know thats like a temporary mute for the unit but when a cd is playing all you can hear is quiet static noises.. even when i press "att" on my remote, it says "att-off" but still the same problem, all speakers are hooked up correctly thus the beep noise the button makes sounds normal. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Try powering it down, and pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds. Hopefully, it will work when you power it back up.
*You will lose all of your headunits' presets whenever you use the reset function. Therefore, the reset is the last user function available to try when troubleshooting most preamp display errors.
