Audio Systems: Car Stereo,Clock, Cig Lighter, inline fuse, fm modulator

Question
Hello!  I have a 2006 Corolla S.  I was installing a wired FM modulator for use with an IPOD.  I had the device powered (temporarily) by touching it to connnection the cig lighter uses.  As I was taking this off, the wire brushed up against something and caused a short.  Now, the manual says that the clock, audio system and the cig lighter are on the same fuse.  Upon inspection, the fuse was indeed broken.  I replaced it.  Have tested it with a tester thing (w/ light) and the new fuse works.  Also, one of the wires that goes into the back of the stereo is getting power (according to the tester) but I dont know how many are supposed to be getting power.  I suspect I blew an inline fuse somewhere.  However, I do not know where this would be.  This could be wrong as well.  Any info would be helpful.
