Audio Systems: Philips MX3900D, left hand column, model number

Do you have any information on where to find a replacement remote control for this system?  Ours disappeared just days after we set it up and I believe we could be getting much more use out of it if we had the remote.

Have you tried Philips?

Go to www.consumer.philips.com and click on "Contact and Support" in the upper right hand corner. On the next screen type in your model number (MX3900D) and click "Search". On the next screen click on "Parts and Accessories" in the left hand column. On the next screen, type in the model number again and click on "Search". (I know you have to do this twice, but I couldn't find any other way to get to the parts list for your--or any--model.) On the next screen, click on your model number, and the parts and accessories list will come up. The remote is in the middle of the list.
