Hello, I am trying to put a cd player into a 1990 Nissan Maxima I have the power wires hooked up and still there is not power. I belive i put all the right wires together ,but I cannot find the problem any ideas?

Did you get a wiring harness adaptor? check for constant 12V on yellow wire and switched (ignition)12V on red wire. if one is missing check your fuses.

yes i recieved the wiring adapter and connected the yellow and red wire so it should be turning on so you think it is a fuse?

Is very likely to be a fuse, to check get a test light fron the auto part store (around 5bucks) And check on both sides of all the fuses in the box the one that has +12v on one side only is the one blown (put the key on the "ON" position to make the test).
