Audio Systems: Infinity Stereo System, mitsubishi spyder, 4 digits

Question
We just bought our son a 97 Mitsubishi Spyder with the infinity stereo system.  While trying to figure out the code (which we now know) I somehow hit a button that caused the display to read oFF.  We have not figured out how to get back to the screen that ask for the code, any ideas?

That's easy. All (well, except Daewoo)code radios have that security feature that will allow you to insert a wrong code 2 or 3 times maximum after that it will block itself, to get it back to ask for code just leave the car in the on or acc position for two hours continuous. Remember that to insert the code you need to push the "1" for the first digit until the right number appears the "2" for the second and so on, after the 4 digits are entered press "AM/FM".
