I put a new Jensen MP5720 into a 1991 Ford Mustang, It is getting power, good ground, the display lights up and getting signal, but there is no sound from speakers.

Did you use the correct install kit and factory wiring harness adaptors?
If so, the problem is 'south of the headunit' meaning anything it drives, line level (amps ect) or the speakers/wires.
Not knowing exactly how you installed it creates a huge gap in how much I can assist you.
Yes, I used the correct adapter kit. The speaker adapter has the four positive and one negative wires. I wire nutted all negative wires together. Where is the other three negative wires from Factory Plug?
Answer1st off never use wire nuts for mobile wiring. They will eventually give you trouble.

Perhaps you mean 'You connected all 4 of the positives?' you just said it only had one negative.
Perhaps you mean that you connected all of the negative wires from the speakers together?
The install kit will tell you exactly how to attach the wires to the speakers.
Sounds like they all use the one common ground wire to me.
