Audio Systems: Car radio not working, dodge grand caravan, electrical malfunctions

Question
Hello,

My 1994 Dodge Grand Caravan was stolen a couple of weeks ago, and I got the vehicle back with relatively little damage- only the ignition chamber had been pryed out. After I got the vehicle back, the radio worked for about 2 days, and it has not worked since. The display is blank, there is no sound at all when the dial is turned. There have also been some other electrical malfunctions that have resolved themselves, such as: upon starting the car, the blinkers don't work, but when restarted they do; upon starting the car the "air bag" and "check engine light" are on, but again when the vehicle is restarted, these lights are no longer on. The radio is the only thing that has not resolved itself. If I can't fix this on my own can you tell me exactly what to have mechanic fix? Thanks.

Answer
If they broke the steering column, it will probably need the most attention.
Sadly, there is no exact answer without seeing it in person and this is a saftey issue since airbags are involved. If all of these things are related to the theft damage, then the airbag system 'problem' may return when you least expect it :O
