Audio Systems: Mitsubishi car radio serial number, mitsubishi eclipse 2002, mitsubishi eclipse

I bought a used Mitsubishi-Eclipse 2002 it did not have an owners manual with it.  The battery went dead and now the radio will not work unless I can remove the radio and find the serial # on the back. Can you tell me how to remove the radio without damaging it?  Please help!!!

I do not know your skill level with interior parts. They can be very expensive to replace.
To save money, my advice is to have a local pro remove then reinstall the unit for you. This could run from 30.00-70.00

Without seeing what I am working on, the short answer is to hire someone locally to do it properly the 1st time.
