Audio Systems: mitsubishi radio, mitsubishi gallant, mitsubishi radio

I had the battery replaced in my 2000 Mitsubishi Gallant.  The radio now won't work and I was told that I had to key in the radio code.  I don't have the card since I bought the car used.  The dealer told me the code was in back of the radio.  I looked but can't find it.  HELP!  Thanks.

 usually the code has a default set by the manufactor something simple like 111 or 123 it will tell you the code in your owners manual or should ... now if for some reason you cant find the code ... you will have a job ahead of you trying to get the radio back in action... and possibly end up taking it to either a good audio shop * i recommend because they would normally be cheaper than a dealer* or back to the dealer... sorry i couldnt give you any good news but hope this helps
