Do you where I can get either a hard copy or digital copy of the owners manual for a Philips 36" TV model number 36PT71B129, serial number 46924585. Any assistance would be appreciated.

at www.consumer.philips.com Philips has a TON of product manuals on line. I couldn't get your model number to match anything on the web site, but my guess is that if you poke around a bit, you'll find what you're looking for. I just typed in "owner's manual" in the site search box and came up with 1,052 matches. It's there somewhere, but I'll leave the hunting and pecking to you.
