Audio Systems: 2004 Ford in dash CD- CDs stuck, manual override, dash cd

I can't get the CD's to eject out of my CD player.
Is there a manual override?

If you have the security access code you could try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if this will reset the stereo to allow you to eject the CDs inside. If this doesn't help you will need to pull the stereo out of the dash and take it to a repair shop that repairs CD stereos.
