when i turn up the volume to listen to it  the volume goes allthe way back down on its own. can you please give me some solution or if possible some advice.thank you will10165@yahoo.com

I have seen this problem several times over the last few months and in most cases it is due to a slight build up of corrosion on the tact switches, in your case the volume down. A close up inspection of the volume down switch with an X10 magnifier may show that the switch has corrosion on it. This is the most common cause, however the control processor may also be faulty.
