Audio Systems: Speaker replacement, dear tom, model vehicle

Dear Tom, I own a 92 Miata. The speakers are mounted inside the headrests. Can you tell me how to gain access to replace them?

I don't have a repair book in stock for this model vehicle so I can't tell you the exact replacement instructions. If you look closely at the speaker trim you may see that the trim/covers will snap off for access to the speakers. If you are not sure you can ask the service shop at your local Miata dealer for the speaker removal instructions.
