Thank you for responding so quickly. I did not see any visiable screws to remove the trim. I did try to gently pry under the trim with a screw driver, but it did not come off. Is there a certain place to pull?

I have a 1995 toyota corolla dx that I would like to remove the factory stereo from. I do not know how to remove the panel, any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

The trim is either held in place by screws or it will snap/pull away from the dash to give access to the screws holding the stereo in place.

I should have also mentioned that on some models the screws can be hidden in the AC vents or below the stereo in the ash tray if your vehicle has an ash tray. If you do not see any hidden screws, try pulling on trim at the bottom and lift up on it.
