Audio Systems: Car Stereo, amp repair, ford expedition

I have a 98 Ford Expedition. There is a problem with the sound on the car stereo. I can only listen with the headphones. I previously had a problem with the amplifier and had it repaired. Can you help?

It's possible that the original amp repair may have failed. Have a repair shop check out the amp to see if it quit again. The same audio that is on the head phone jack will also go out to the amplifier. This is why I suspect that the amp or the wiring to the amp may have a problem.
