What you need is the wiring info for the factory stereo connector/wiring. The wiring diagram will show you what wires are for 12 volt hot at all times(memory wire) and 12 switched with the key on (12 volt main power) After you locate both power feeds and you don't have power on both of the feeds you will need to look for blown fuses in the vehicles fuse box.
