i installed a 12 cd changer in my car, it was working well and now i have a problem with the cd, everytime i press the cd button, the displayer says reset 3. The instructions say to press reset button which i did, but still it goes back reset 3. can you help

The problem may be due to the CD section processor not communicating with the main controller. It's possible that a defective connection may be the cause. The fault may also be due a jammed CD changer assembly.
