its a deville and i would like to know if one can buy the the plastic strip and mast to repair the antennae. this is the only thing wrong with the unit

Have you checked with your local caddie dealer, they may be able to order the replacement mast. If they don't have the part you may want to try J C Witney or JEGS, if none of the sources has the replacement part the only recourse is to replace the complete antenna assembly with the motor.
