Audio Systems: 1993 K1500 Delco Stereo Cassette, amp fuse, radio volume

Question
The radio, cassette and clock quit.  The radio and clock are still illuminated (clock stuck on 1:00 and radio volume shows).  
The 10 amp fuse in the panel is OK.  Is there another in-line fuse? Or is this an indication of a greater problem?

This stereo will have two 12 volt power feeds to it, one hot at all times and one switched with the key on. If both 12 sources/feeds are at the connector on the rear of this stereo, the problem may be due to a fault inside the stereo.
