Audio Systems: How do I install a radio in 1995 Saturn SL2, philips screwdriver, saturn sl2

Question
Last week my 1995 Saturn SL2 was stolen and later recovered with a bashed in radio. The car has 170,000 on it, so I don't want to spend a lot of money. But I would like to install another radio.

Not being a mechanic, I'm confused about what tools I would need. It looks like it needs Philips screwdriver and possibly some star-shaped tool.

But it's not really obvious what to do. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

Answer
Peter,
Once you have the broken stereo out of the dash you should purchase an adapter that connects to the factory connector in the dash. This wiring adapter will have wire pigtails that you connect to the new/replacement stereo as per the wiring instructions that come with the stereo and the wire adapter.
