Audio Systems: Car stereo install in home garage (AC power), switching power supply, toyota stereo

Question
I'd like to use an old '03 Toyota stereo & 4 4-ohm car speakers in my garage.  I purchased a switching power supply (13.8VDC, 15Amp) to power the stereo, but am not having much luck.  The power comes on but then fades after just a couple seconds.  Am I wiring this incorrectly?  It seems this power supply is more than enough...

My coctail of wiring includes front and rear speaker leads, a red wire (labeled 12 volt power), a yellow wire (no labeling...for memory?), a black ground wire, blue power antenna wire, blue with white strip wire (labeled Amp Turn On), and an orange with a white stripe wire (labeled Dimmer).  Thanks!!

Answer
Brett,
If you are not using an external amp you don't need the dimmer and the powered ant and the amp on wires. Connect the red and yellow wires together and hook them to 12 plus on the power supply and the ground to the minus output on the power supply. make sure that the stereo has an output impedance of 4 ohms, you should see this on the label. If the stereo requires a minimum of 8 ohms you will need four 8 ohm 20 watt resistors from radio Shack. Connect these in series with the four speakers which will make the total impedance 12 ohms! The power supply is more than what the stereo will need to operate so you are OK there.
