Audio Systems: installing auxillary to cd changer in trunk, volt supply, ford taurus

I have a ipod and after driving my self nuts with a fm modulator i purchased a aux-box. it hooks into the cd changer port in the trunk (2001 ford Taurus) i need to however attach a wire to the ground and the continous hot wire. THe ground is no prob i see the body ground and will attach to it. i cannot figure out the color coding for a hot wire to splice into. any help would be much apreciated.

Your best bet is to run a wire up front to the fuse box for the 12 volt supply. You could always contact your local Ford dealer and ask the service dept for a print out of the wiring in the trunk to locate a 12 hot wire.
