the cd plyer that was factory, now ejects a cd and continues to eject after cd is removed, then will not accept another cd there is no pull for a new cd.

Most likely one of the load sensors is shorted out and will need to be replaced.

what are load sensors where located?  please give me steps will follow religiously thamks

Some troubleshooting of the CD load board will be needed to locate the defective sensor/s The sensors are on a small circuit board that sits on top of the CD deck assembly. Experience and the service manual are needed to locate the defective part/s and to look up the part numbers for ordering the defective parts. Contact me by direct Email for more details.
