Audio Systems: Factory Radio, lincon town car, factory radio

My wife has a 1995 Lincon Town Car Cartier,it has the factory audio system and it was playing fine. She parked and went in the store and came out, the radio has not played since (few months). What could be main source of the problem.  Thanks in advance Tom. System has never had any problems prior to this.

Please give me the complete model number off the sticker on the case of the stereo. With the model number I can look up the service info for some ideas of what may be the cause of the problem. Does the stereo light up and tune to a station, but no sound?
