Audio Systems: In-dash receiver installation 2002 CIvic, chiltons repair book, rear speakers

I want to change the stock cd-player of my car as well as rear and front speakers. However, I have not been able to figure how to open the dash board to get to the stereo, so I can take out the old one and put the new one instead. Same thing with the rear speakers. I also have not been able to figure how to take out the rear panel which allows me to take out the old speakers and put new ones. Also, the recomended speaker size for rear speakers is 6.5inch. However, I have a pair of 6x9 that I was interested in putting. What would be the best way to do that?

The best thing and first thing to do would be to purchase a Chiltons repair book just for your vehicle. This book will TELL and SHOW how to take the dash apart as well as removing and replacing the speakers. As for the dash, most trim pieces will snap/pull away from the dash, just incase yours doesn't take a good look around the trim for any screws insight and look inside the AC vents if any, above and below the stereo to see if any screws may be hidden in them.
