Sorry for the delay in responding, I was on vacation, and I hadn't returned home yet. As for your problem, there isn't much that you can do to fix it. This sounds far more complex than just a dirty CD lens or a well used CD player. Given what you told me, it sounds straight-up broken. You'll have to visit your local car dealership or car audio store to get a new radio. Sorry I wasn't able to help more, but when a CD player (or radio or whatever) breaks in this fashion, there is little advice that I can offer.
