Audio Systems: battery, vehicle alternator, duty alternator

I will ask my local VW guy to look for a heavy duty alternator as you suggest.
But with regard to the point that the power supply affect the sound as in home hi fi I was wondering what you thought of that. Do you think that the Stinger battery would make sound better as there is more power there?

Yes, the stinger battery will give you a better sound with possibly less distortion on the very loud, low bass outputs. As the amp requires a fast boost in operating current to have the output section perform to the max, this battery will do the trick. PS, I have installed high powered sound systems at which I installed a second battery in the trunk of the vehicle right next to the amps to supply that added operating current directly into the amp. These batteries are kept charged from the vehicle alternator.
