Question -
My stereo was working fine then a few days after I had a new alternator and battery installed I no long have sound from my speakers. I have a factory stereo with the factory CD changer in the trunk. The stereo comes on and the CD player works but just no sound. HELP!!!!!
Answer -
Tenna,
If the sound system in your vehicle is a premium system, the amp may be damaged or the fuse that powers it is blown. The problem of no sound may also be due to defective amps in the head unit because of  the alternator problem.

Is there a way for me to replace the fusee? If so where would I find it?

Answer
Tenna,
You have to first determine if your sound system is a premiun sound system. You can ask your local Ford dealer what type of sound system is in your vehicle. If you vehicles sound system doesn't use an external amplifier, you will need to have the stereo serviced.
