Audio Systems: Changing car stereo, auto salvage yard, radio cassette cd

Question
I own a 98 Buick Century.  I want to replace the radio/cassette with a radio/cassette/cd player.  I plan on buying a Delco unit (identical to the one I have in my 02 LeSabre) on e-bay.  Will this just be straight swap out / swap in or is it more complicated than that?  Thanks in advance for the help.

Answer
Mark,
You can install the newer Delco stereo, however you will need to stop by an auto salvage yard and cut out the connector from a vehicle of the same make and year as the newer stereo. next, you will need to purchase harness adapters from any good car stereo shop, possibly from Best Buy that you plug the factory connectors into. The last step is to correctly connect the wire pig tails for power, ground and speaker. If the 1998 Buick has a premium sound system with an external amp it would require some creative wiring to install the newer stereo.
