how do u remove the stereo from both a 1996 toyota camry and a 1997 toyota camry?

I don't have service books for these models so I can't tell you the removal instructions, however if you take a close up look at the dash around the stereos you may find several screws that hold the trim piece around the stereos. If you cannot figure it out you may want to ask your local Toyota dealer for the stereo removal instructions, most will be happy to print them out for you.
